Balkans Monitor 1/5/2023

Vanessa Tinker

In this week’s monitor the most recent developments, or lack of, in the Belgrade-Pristina EU-led dialogue process is looked at. Then it examines why there has been a drop of Albanian asylum seekers in the UK and EU in recent months and considers the long term implications. It then assesses the massive protests in Serbia following the two mass shootings that occurred last week and how the government is responding. And finally it covers the results of the new government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
