Historian of the state and of the law, specializing in the history of the system of the Russian Empire, the USSR, the Russian Federation and People’s Poland. Expert on Russian issues and selected countries in the Post -Soviet area. Assistant professor at the Department of Administration History at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Founder of the Center for Research on the Russian statehood of the Foundation of the Institute of Eastern Law named after Gabriel Szerszeniewicz.
