In this monitor we touch upon the EU and US efforts to revive the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and the prospects of reaching an agreement on the final status of Kosovo. We also examine the consequences facing the Croatian population in the aftermath of Croatia’s accession to the eurozone, the failure to reach a governmnent-formation agreement in Montenegro and the reactions of Transnistria and Russia to the criminalization of separatist activities by the Moldovan government.
